In April 2006, Michele Tracy, Vice President of In-House Training at Central Florida Investments and Westgate Resorts Ltd., joined Toastmasters International with her team of Trainers to better the quality of training that they offer to everyone that joins the In-House Sales force. Other club members joined the In-House Team from other sales departments such Sherri Cortland who is the director of Specialty Sales and Marketing.
Inspired by the nature of their jobs to motivate, share, and communicate effective sales and leadership strategies to large group of audiences, "Master-Toasters" club was born.
Michele and her team are leading their club to achieve new horizons by taking advantage of the opportunities they have at their fingertips to develop and improve their abilities to speak and deliver effective and quality speeches through local club meetings, training seminars and speech contests.
Today, Master-Toasters club members continue to grow its communication and listening skills which help them achieve quality results at delivering professional training courses at their jobs as well as become efficient and effective motivational speakers that inspire and lead winning teams at the company's various sales locations.
Some of the club members have earned awards for completing their first milestone within the first year of joining Toastmasters International.

At our club, we work in a collaborative team environment by delivering creative speeches and completing various projects while getting motivated with positive and supportive evaluations that enhance our strengths, and offer constructive criticism to improve our interpersonal and social skills during our meeting sessions.
Each meeting gives each member the opportunity to practice and participate in various functions:
- Delivering a prepared speech while meeting its deadline
- Giving impromptu speeches
- Offering constructive and motivational evaluations
We are a private club located at Sandlake Commons Boulevard off of Turkey Lake Road
